I think this depends on the country's law you are living in, the terms and conditions of the website (some say that one is not allowed to do it) and it also depends on the robots.txt!

I am not a lawyer or expert, but some state that scraping data may be legal since accepting terms and conditions on a website requires a dedicated login where you accept the terms.
